Yes, Old MacDonald’s is a farm but it is also the ideal base for Old MacDonald’s Child Daycare Nursery and in this unique, safe and tranquil setting become involved as the result of regularly organised activities. One of a number of advantages to be enjoyed here.
Old MacDonald’s was born out of family experience and necessity, the barn being a sensitive and attractive conversion with a new secure outdoor play adventure park and playing field; the ultimate perfect nursery setting! In this environment a caring, home from home atmosphere has been created by owners Elizabeth Walker (BEd Hons), their team of friendly qualified staff headed by Teresa Cundy, Nursery Manager. Accommodating up to 44 children from the ages of 0 to 5 years, a planned curriculum which meets the ‘Early Learning Goals’ of the DFEE operates alongside an exciting programme of expertly administered indoor and outdoor activity and all this is supported by a monthly changing menu of home prepared nutritious food to re-charge young batteries!
